Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At Magnetize Magnets, every personalised product is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because each item is custom made to order, we’re generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we’re here to make it right.
How to Request a Return, Refund, or Replacement
Please follow these steps so we can assist you as quickly as possible:
1. Email us at magnetize.magnets@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.
2. Our team will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days.
3. If your request is approved, we will either arrange a return label or provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
4. Once the returned item is received, we will issue a refund or replacement within 7 business days.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Time Frame for Requests
To be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because our products are personalised, returns and refunds are not available in the following situations:
• Change of mind:
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may update your photo within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing us. After 24 hours, no further changes can be made.
• Customer photo errors:
We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect photo selection, such as wrong cropping or low-quality images provided by the customer
Condition of Returned Items
For approved returns, products must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet these requirements.
